Steps to Make Cake
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the baking dish with butter.
  2. Combine blueberries with sugar and lemon zest in a bowl, and set aside.
  3. Cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add eggs one at a time, mixing smooth.
  4. Gradually incorporate the flour until the batter is thick and creamy.
  5. Spread half the batter in the greased dish, add blueberry filling, and dollop remaining batter on top.
  6. Mix flour, sugar, and cubed butter for the streusel topping and sprinkle over the batter.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
