- Open one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the greased baking dish, sealing seams tightly.
- Layer sliced ham, salami, provolone cheese, pepperoni, banana pepper rings, and roasted red peppers over the dough.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese, then drizzle with olive oil.
- Place the second can of crescent dough over the filling and seal edges tightly.
