  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano or fresh oregano for better taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder or use fresh minced garlic
For Garnish (Optional)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley/Dill chopped before serving

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Wash medium cucumbers under cold water, then slice them thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. Dice ripe tomatoes after removing the seeds to control moisture.
  3. Peel and thinly slice the red onion, then soak in cold water for 10 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together white vinegar and olive oil, gradually adding sugar.
  5. Incorporate salt, black pepper, dried oregano, and garlic powder into the dressing.
  6. Combine the cucumbers, tomatoes, and soaked onion slices in a large bowl, then pour the dressing over them.
  7. Cover and let marinate for 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
  8. Adjust seasonings to taste and garnish with fresh parsley or dill before serving.
