Cooking Instructions
  1. Begin by patting the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.

  3. Sear the salmon for approximately 4 minutes until golden brown, then gently flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Remove the salmon and set aside. In the same skillet, combine orange juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  5. Bring the glaze to a gentle simmer. In a bowl, mix cornstarch with water, then stir into the glaze and cook until thickened.
  6. Return the salmon to the skillet, spoon the glaze over each fillet, and cook for 1-2 more minutes.
