Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, finely chopped fresh rosemary, lemon zest, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  2. Take a portion of the mixture and shape it into round patties about 3 inches in diameter. Place the patties on a plate.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  4. Carefully add the patties to the hot skillet, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Transfer the patties to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
