- In a mixing bowl, whisk together cold milk and instant vanilla pudding mix for 2 minutes until mixture thickens. Allow it to sit for about 5 minutes to set.
- Crush vanilla wafers or graham crackers in a resealable plastic bag using a rolling pin or your hands to create fine crumbs.
- In clear plastic cups, layer crushed cookies, followed by about 1/4 cup of pudding. Repeat until cups are filled, leaving space at the top.
- Crown each cup with a dollop of Cool Whip or whipped cream and garnish with gummy worms and chocolate rocks.
