Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice your chosen bread into thick pieces and spread garlic butter mixture generously on each slice. Bake on a baking sheet for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and garlic butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
  3. Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from skillet to prevent overcooking.
  4. In the same skillet, add more garlic butter and pour in white wine or chicken broth. Let simmer for 1–2 minutes. Stir in fresh lemon juice and red pepper flakes.
  5. Return sautéed shrimp to the skillet, gently stirring to coat each piece in the sauce. Heat through for another minute and garnish with fresh parsley.
  6. Divide shrimp and sauce among bowls and serve hot alongside toasted garlic bread.
