Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 8 ounces of whipped cream cheese with 8 ounces of Cool Whip. Beat on medium speed for about 2–3 minutes until fluffy.
  3. Gradually fold in the heat-treated brownie mix into the cream cheese and Cool Whip mixture.
  4. Pour 2–3 tablespoons of milk into the mix, stirring it in slowly until you achieve the desired thickness.
