Steps
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and sauté for 5-8 minutes until browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease.
- Add taco seasoning, water, and enchilada sauce to the beef in the skillet. Stir and let simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- On a clean surface, take a flour tortilla and spread a layer of refried beans. Add a layer of seasoned beef, then shredded cheese. Top with another tortilla.
- Spread enchilada sauce over the top tortilla and sprinkle more shredded cheese on top.
- For air fryer, preheat to 400°F and cook each pizza for about 5 minutes. For oven, preheat to 350°F and bake for 8-10 minutes. For pan frying, heat oil over medium heat and cook each pizza for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Transfer the cooked pizzas to a plate and optionally garnish with tomatoes, onion, olives, sour cream, and green onions.
