Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and flatten them slightly on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Freeze the bites for 15 minutes to firm up.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  5. Dip each firm bite into the melted chocolate, covering them fully, and return them to the lined baking sheet.
  6. Freeze the coated bites for an additional 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
  7. Store the bites in an airtight container in the freezer.
