Mojito Preparation
- In a large pitcher, combine fresh mint leaves, sugar, and freshly squeezed lime juice. Gently press the mint to release its oils and muddle for about 1-2 minutes.
- Fill four serving glasses with ice cubes halfway.
- In a separate container, mix white rum, coconut rum, and canned coconut milk. Stir for about 30 seconds until combined.
- Pour the rum and coconut milk mixture into each glass over the ice, filling them three-quarters full.
- Top each glass with sparkling water, pouring slowly to retain carbonation.
- Garnish with extra mint leaves and a sprinkle of pomegranate arils before serving.
