Ingredients
  

Brownie Base
  • 18.3 oz Brownie Mix Any brand works; just add water, oil, and eggs as per package.
Cream Cheese Filling
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened, can substitute with mascarpone.
  • 7 oz Marshmallow Cream Provides sweetness; cookie butter can be used instead.
Decoration
  • Sprinkles Optional; add just before serving.

Method
 

Baking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the brownie mix with water, oil, and eggs; stir until smooth.
  3. Grease egg-shaped silicone molds with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Fill molds with brownie batter and bake for 24-26 minutes.
  5. Create indentations in the center of each brownie once cooled.
  6. Let brownies cool completely in the molds for 20-30 minutes.
  7. Carefully release brownies from molds.
  8. Beat cream cheese and marshmallow cream until smooth and fluffy.
  9. Pipe filling into indented center of each brownie and add sprinkles if desired.
  10. Refrigerate decorated brownies for about 30 minutes to set the filling.
