Step-by-Step Instructions for Easy Mediterranean Chicken Sheet
  1. Preheat the oven to 420°F (215°C) and line a heavy-duty sheet pan with aluminum foil.
  2. Coat the chicken thighs with olive oil, salt, and chili flakes, then place them skin side up on the sheet pan.
  3. Slice the red onion and lemon. Peel the garlic cloves and scatter onion slices and lemon pieces over the chicken.
  4. Introduce the cherry tomatoes and other vegetables to the pan. Drizzle with more olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
