- Preheat the oven to 420°F (215°C) and line a heavy-duty sheet pan with aluminum foil.
- Coat the chicken thighs with olive oil, salt, and chili flakes, then place them skin side up on the sheet pan.
- Slice the red onion and lemon. Peel the garlic cloves and scatter onion slices and lemon pieces over the chicken.
