Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and rub it in to coat evenly. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the top of the salmon.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
While the salmon is baking, prepare the cream cheese sauce. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, lemon juice, dill, capers, and chives. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve the salmon topped with the cream cheese sauce.
