For the Base Liquid
  • 1 bottle Sparkling cider Bubbly goodness adds fizz.
  • 1 cup Fruit juice (like orange juice) Freshly squeezed juice is best for quality.
For the Garnish
  • 1 handful Fresh herbs (mint or rosemary) Elevates aroma and visual appeal.

Method
 

Prepare the Sangria
  1. Wash and chop seasonal fruits into bite-sized pieces. Set aside and allow natural juices to release.

  3. Slowly pour in sparkling cider and stir gently to maintain fizz.
  4. Add fresh herbs and stir lightly to incorporate.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour or serve immediately over ice.
