Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine milk, egg, melted butter, vanilla extract, and cotton candy flavoring. Mix well until frothy.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Divide the batter into two bowls, add pink food coloring to one and blue to the other.
  6. Fill the muffin cups alternately with pink and blue batter, then swirl with a toothpick.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean and they spring back.
  8. Cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Optionally top with whipped frosting and cotton candy.
