Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine milk, egg, melted butter, vanilla extract, and cotton candy flavoring. Mix well until frothy.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Divide the batter into two bowls, add pink food coloring to one and blue to the other.
- Fill the muffin cups alternately with pink and blue batter, then swirl with a toothpick.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean and they spring back.
- Cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Optionally top with whipped frosting and cotton candy.
