- Combine defrosted frozen peas, optional pea shoots, grated parmesan, olive oil, lemon juice, and half a garlic clove in a food processor. Blend until roughly combined, maintaining some texture.
- Preheat broiler to high and line a baking sheet with foil. Slice ciabatta into thick pieces, drizzle with olive oil, and broil for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
