  • 4 medium Fresh Peaches ripe but firm
  • 1 cup Fresh Cherries pitted
For the Kick
  • 1 medium Jalapeño Pepper adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion
For the Zing
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash the fresh peaches and cherries under cool water. Pit the cherries and dice them.
  2. Peel and chop the peaches. Finely chop the red onion and jalapeño.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine diced peaches, pitted cherries, chopped jalapeño, and red onion.
  4. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and sprinkle with salt. Gently fold to combine.
  5. Cover and chill the salsa for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled meats.
