Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Frito Cowboy Cabbage
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, black beans, corn, jalapeño, red bell pepper, green onions, and cilantro. Toss gently until evenly mixed.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, and chipotle sauce until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and fold gently until well-coated. Reserve a handful of Fritos for topping.
  4. Just before serving, sprinkle reserved Fritos over the salad. Mix gently if desired.
