Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by patting the steak cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper. Let it sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak cubes in batches and sear for 2–3 minutes on each side.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Once melted, add 4 minced garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant. Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter.
  4. In a separate saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and sauté, then gradually pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and whisk until smooth. Cook for about 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  5. Stir in ½ cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese into the cream sauce and season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
  6. Serve the garlic butter steak bites on plates and drizzle with the warm Parmesan cream sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
