Cooking Instructions
  1. Begin by preparing your ingredients for the Garlic Cauliflower Mushroom Skillet. Clean the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets, ensuring each piece is uniform for even cooking. Slice the mushrooms into thin pieces and mince about three cloves of fresh garlic.
  2. Place a large skillet over medium heat and add a generous drizzle of olive oil to the pan. Allow the oil to heat for about 1-2 minutes until it shimmers.
  3. Once the oil is hot, add the cauliflower florets to the skillet. Sauté them for approximately 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until they achieve a slight golden color and become tender.
  4. Next, stir in the sliced mushrooms and continue to cook for another 4-5 minutes until tender and slightly browned.
  5. Add the minced garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, a pinch of salt, and fresh black pepper. Sauté together for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Drizzle the dish with fresh lemon juice and, if desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast. Toss to combine and allow the flavors to meld.
