  2. Cook Noodles: Boil water and cook the lo mein noodles for 4–5 minutes. Drain and toss with sesame oil to prevent sticking.
  3. Make Sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, and chicken broth until smooth.
  4. Stir-Fry Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a wok, add the marinated chicken, and sauté for 5–7 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Sauté Aromatics: Add minced garlic (and ginger if using) and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Add Vegetables: Add bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas to stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
