Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry and brush both sides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, heavy cream, lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped dill until smooth.
  3. Pour half of the sauce over the salmon and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  5. Place the marinated salmon on the grill, cook for 4-5 minutes, then flip and grill for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Transfer the grilled salmon to a platter and drizzle with the remaining sauce, garnishing with fresh dill.
