- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Peel and cube the sweet potatoes, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, toss until evenly coated, then spread in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for about 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- While the sweet potatoes are roasting, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks for 10–15 minutes until browned. Season with spices to enhance flavor.
- In each serving bowl, layer a scoop of roasted sweet potatoes followed by seasoned ground beef. Add cottage cheese smoothly over the beef and nestle in avocado slices.
- Drizzle hot honey over the assembled bowl. Adjust according to personal spice preference and serve immediately.
