Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat the skillet over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Brown the ground lamb for 5-7 minutes, breaking apart with a spoon until nicely caramelized.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté diced onion and bell pepper for 4-5 minutes until translucent.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  5. Peel and dice the potatoes; soak in salted water for 10 minutes and pat dry.
  6. Combine soaked potatoes with sautéed vegetables, cook for 15-20 minutes until tender.
  7. Return browned lamb to the skillet, add seasonings and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  8. Allow to steam until heated through, then serve hot.
