Cooking Steps
- Preheat the skillet over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.
- Brown the ground lamb for 5-7 minutes, breaking apart with a spoon until nicely caramelized.
- In the same skillet, sauté diced onion and bell pepper for 4-5 minutes until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Peel and dice the potatoes; soak in salted water for 10 minutes and pat dry.
- Combine soaked potatoes with sautéed vegetables, cook for 15-20 minutes until tender.
- Return browned lamb to the skillet, add seasonings and cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Allow to steam until heated through, then serve hot.
