Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked rice, and beaten egg.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and olive oil, and stir until chunky and combined.
  4. Gradually add whole wheat flour and oat flour, mixing until a firm dough forms.
  5. If using, fold in optional ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  6. Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thickness and cut into shapes using a cookie cutter.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Turn off the oven and leave the treats inside for an additional 30 minutes to crisp up.
  9. Store in an airtight container for up to 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
