Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by shredding 1 cup of imitation crab meat and chopping 1/2 cup of small cooked shrimp into bite-sized pieces. Set aside the seafood mixture.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice until smooth and creamy. Add in 1 tablespoon of finely chopped celery, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped red onion, and 1/2 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning. Incorporate salt and pepper to taste.
