- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning.
- Melt unsalted butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until bubbling. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in honey and lemon juice, allowing to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour half of the honey Cajun butter over the seasoned salmon fillets, marinate for a few minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and cook the salmon fillets skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Flip and pour remaining butter over the top, cooking for another 4-5 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving platter, drizzle with remaining sauce, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
