Ingredients
  

  • 2 6-ounce salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets, skin-side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
  4. Flip the salmon fillets and pour the honey garlic mixture over them. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, basting the salmon with the sauce until cooked through and caramelized.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat and let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
