In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets, skin-side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
Flip the salmon fillets and pour the honey garlic mixture over them. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, basting the salmon with the sauce until cooked through and caramelized.
Remove the skillet from heat and let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
