- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the honey, Dijon mustard, vegetable oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended. 
- Add the pretzel bites to the bowl and toss them in the honey mustard mixture until they are evenly coated. 
- Spread the coated pretzels in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. 
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they are golden and crispy. 
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
