Cold Foam
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream for the luxurious cold foam
  • 1/4 cup Milk barista-level oat or soy milk for dairy-free
Additional Ingredients
  • 1 cup Ice essential for chilling
  • Cinnamon optional garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Chill the bowl and whisk in the freezer for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Combine cold heavy cream, milk, and apple brown sugar syrup in the chilled bowl. Whisk vigorously for 2–3 minutes until creamy.
  3. Return the mixture to the freezer for 5 minutes, then whisk again until it resembles melted ice cream.
  4. In a 16-ounce cup, mix chilled chai tea concentrate and milk. Add more syrup if desired and mix well.
  5. Fill the cup with ice, leaving about 1/2 inch at the top.
  6. Pour the apple crisp cream on top of the chai latte and optionally sprinkle with cinnamon.
