Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Chill mixing bowl and whisk in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
  2. In the chilled bowl, combine heavy cream, milk, and apple brown sugar syrup. Whisk vigorously until thickened.
  3. Return the mixture to the freezer for 5 minutes, then whisk again until creamy.
  4. In a large cup, mix chai tea concentrate with your choice of milk and stir in a splash of apple brown sugar syrup.
  5. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  6. Spoon the cold foam over the iced chai latte and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
