- Preheat oven to 350°F if using homemade crust. Prepare the crust and bake for 10-15 minutes. Cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and pudding mix using a hand mixer until smooth.
- Gradually add milk while mixing until silky consistency is reached (about 2-3 minutes).
- Fold in whipped cream gently with a spatula until just combined.
- Combine reserved peanut butter with powdered sugar for topping until crumbly. Reserve half.
- Layer half of the crumble in the crust, then pour in the filling, smoothing the top. Add remaining crumble on top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
