Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt cake pan thoroughly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine Devil's Food cake mix and instant chocolate pudding mix. Whisk until fully integrated.
  3. Add in eggs, vanilla extract, vegetable oil, sour cream (or buttermilk), and brewed coffee. Mix until the batter is smooth.
  4. Fold in Nestle Toll House chocolate chips carefully.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for about 45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
  7. For the ganache, melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in cocoa powder and powdered sugar, then whisk in milk and vanilla until smooth.
  8. Pour the ganache over the cooled cake, allowing it to drizzle down the sides.
