  • 1 cup BBQ sauce Your favorite variety.
  • 1/4 cup cilantro Chopped, optional.
  • 2 tablespoons green onions Chopped for garnish.

Preparation Steps
  1. Cook the chicken by seasoning it with salt and pepper, then pan-frying in a skillet for about 7-8 minutes until fully cooked. Cook bacon until crispy in the same pan for 5-6 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 500°F for a crispy base.
  3. Thinly slice the red onion, peel and shave the carrot, and chop the green onions.
  4. Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce in a bowl. Spread BBQ sauce on each flatbread, and add toppings: cheese, chicken, bacon, red onion, and carrot.
  5. Bake in the oven for 6-7 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro, slice, and serve hot.
