Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Pour half of the batter into the pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Melt Kraft caramels, butter, and evaporated milk in a saucepan until smooth, then pour over baked layer.

  6. Pour the remaining cake batter over the caramel and topping layer.
