  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x9-inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine waffle cone crumbs and melted butter until fully incorporated, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a larger mixing bowl, beat the ricotta and mascarpone with sugar until smooth, then add in eggs one at a time, blending well after each.
