Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soften the goat cheese at room temperature for about 10–15 minutes for easier spreading.
  2. Spread a layer of apricot preserves on a serving platter as a base.
  3. Crush lightly salted almonds in a resealable bag until finely chopped.
  4. Chop dried apricots to the same size as crushed almonds for even distribution.
  5. Combine crushed almonds, chopped dried apricots, and fresh herbs in a mixing bowl.
  6. Roll softened goat cheese in the almond-apricot-herb mixture to coat evenly.
  7. Position the coated cheese log in the center of the apricot preserves and arrange crackers and apple slices around it.
  8. Drizzle honey over the coated cheese log just before serving for added sweetness.
