Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, brown sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese on medium speed until smooth. Gradually add sugars and incorporate salt until velvety.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition.
  5. Slowly mix in brewed coffee until combined.
  6. Pour filling over crust and smooth the top. Bake for 55-60 minutes until edges are set.
  7. Cool in the oven with the door cracked for 1 hour, then transfer to a wire rack.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Remove from pan, garnish, and serve.
