Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil and sauté diced onion for about 5 minutes until soft.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, sautéed onions, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, soy sauce, salt, and pepper, then half of the grated Parmesan.
