- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 4 large eggs and 1 cup of half and half until smooth. Add 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract, ½ teaspoon of cinnamon, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly.
- Poke holes in each of the 4 King’s Hawaiian Rolls to allow custard to soak in properly.
- Gently dip each Hawaiian Roll into the custard mixture, soaking for about 30 seconds on each side, then place on a plate.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
- Cook the soaked Hawaiian Rolls in the skillet for about 30 to 60 seconds on each side until golden brown.
- Serve with powdered sugar, fresh seasonal berries, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
