  • 2 bars Chocolate Bars Opt for your favorite brand.
  • 2 cups Miniature Marshmallows Essential for gooeyness; no substitutions.
  • 1 cup Crushed Graham Crackers Set aside some for topping.
For the Topping
  • 2 tablespoons Salted Butter Brush on top; unsalted is acceptable.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Dough: Allow refrigerated pie crusts to come to room temperature for 10-15 minutes, then unroll.
  2. Cut Out Dough Circles: Cut circles from the dough using a 3-inch cookie cutter, aiming for about 12 circles.
  3. Make the Filling: Combine chopped chocolate bars, miniature marshmallows, and half of the crushed graham crackers in a bowl.
  4. Assemble the Pies: Spoon one tablespoon of filling onto half of the dough circles, moisten edges with water.
  5. Seal and Crimp: Place another dough circle on top of each filled circle and crimp edges with a fork.
  6. Add Finishing Touches: Brush tops with melted salted butter and sprinkle with remaining graham cracker crumbs.
  7. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat to 350°F and spray the basket with nonstick spray.
  8. Cook the Hand Pies: Air fry for about 10 minutes or until golden brown and filling is melted.
