Cooking Steps
- Begin by bringing a large pot of water to a boil, add the noodles, and cook according to package instructions (usually 4-7 minutes). Drain and toss with oil.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat about 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Introduce bite-sized pieces of chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch mixed with splash of water. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Lower the heat, add cooked noodles and toss with the sauce and chicken, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
- If using, fold in vegetables and cook for another 2-4 minutes until tender but crisp.
- Remove from heat, transfer to bowls, and serve immediately, optionally garnished with green onions or sesame seeds.
