Ingredients

For the Fudge Base
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips For a richer twist, consider using semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk If you're in a pinch, substitute with more marshmallow cream.
  • 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow cream (fluff) If you can’t find it, extra condensed milk will do the trick!
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract The pure vanilla is best!
For the Crunch
  • 20 pieces chocolate sandwich cookies (e.g., Oreos), coarsely chopped Feel free to experiment with other cookies.
Optional Add-Ins
  • 1 pinch salt Just a dash to balance the sweetness.
  • extra cookie pieces for topping For those who can't get enough crunch!

Equipment

  • 9x9-inch baking dish
  • medium saucepan

Method

Preparation Steps
  1. Line a 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper, ensuring to leave an overhang for easy lifting later.

  3. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow cream and vanilla extract until well combined.

  5. Spread the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top, and sprinkle reserved cookie pieces over the surface.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until firm, then cut into squares.
