Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Separate biscuit dough into rounds and flatten each to about 3 inches in diameter.
  5. Spoon beef-garlic mixture onto each dough round, add cheddar and sprinkle parmesan on top.
  6. Fold dough edges over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
  7. Place sealed bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet, ensuring there's space between them.
  8. Brush tops of each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  9. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
