Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Sauté green bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms for about 5 minutes.
  4. Combine thinly sliced roast beef with vegetables, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and cook for additional 3-5 minutes.
  5. Lay out slices of provolone cheese and distribute the beef and vegetable mixture on each slice.
  6. Roll each cheese slice tightly around the filling and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
