Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Sterilize the pitcher by rinsing it with hot water, then set it aside to dry slightly.

  3. Heat 4 cups of water to 195-205°F and pour it over the tea infuser in the pitcher. Cover and steep for 10 minutes.

  5. Allow the tea to reach room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 75 minutes.
