Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pour seafood broth into a saucepan and heat over medium-low until it simmers gently (5–7 minutes). Reduce heat to low to keep warm.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add Arborio rice to the skillet, stirring to coat grains. Toast for about 2 minutes until slightly translucent.
  4. Begin adding warm broth (½ cup at a time), stirring continuously until absorbed. Repeat for 18–20 minutes until rice is al dente and creamy.
  5. Fold in cooked lobster, lemon zest, lemon juice, and grated Parmesan cheese off the heat.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Optionally stir in additional butter before serving. Garnish with herbs or lemon zest.
