  2. Combine Ingredients: Peel and dice sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes and place in the slow cooker. Add dark brown sugar, maple syrup, butter, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Stir thoroughly.
  3. Cook: Cover the slow cooker and set to cook on high for 4 hours. Stir gently at the 3-hour mark.
  4. Add Marshmallows: 5 minutes before serving, sprinkle miniature marshmallows on top and cover to melt for 3-5 minutes.
