Step-by-Step Instructions for McGriddle Bites
  1. Preheat your oven to 400ºF (204ºC) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Cook the breakfast sausage in a skillet until browned and crumbled, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the pancake mix, water, and maple syrup. Stir until just combined.
  4. Fold in the cooked sausage and shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
  5. Fill each muffin cup about three-quarters full with batter.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
